Welcome to Finora – Expense & Income Tracker ("Finora", "App", "we", "our", or "us").

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Finora mobile application and related services.

By downloading, installing, accessing or using Finora, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. About Finora

Finora is a personal finance tracking application designed to help users record, organize and understand their income and expenses.

Depending on the version of the App, features may include:

• Expense tracking
• Income tracking
• Transaction history
• Categories
• Budgets
• Financial goals
• Reports and charts
• Search and filtering
• Backup and restore
• Other financial organization tools

2. Eligibility

You may use Finora only if you are legally permitted to use the App under the laws applicable to you.

If you are under the applicable age of consent in your jurisdiction, you should use the App only with appropriate parental or guardian involvement where required by law.

3. Use of the App

You agree to use Finora only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

• Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the App except where expressly permitted by applicable law.

4. Financial Information

Finora allows you to manually record financial information such as income, expenses, transaction descriptions, categories and budgets.

You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of information entered into the App and for any financial decisions you make.

5. Accuracy of Information

Finora provides tools to help you record and organize your financial information. However, we do not guarantee that calculations, reports, charts or other information displayed by the App will always be completely accurate or error-free.

You should independently verify important financial information before relying on it.

6. User Data

You may provide information to Finora when using the App.

Your use of information collected or processed through the App is described in our Privacy Policy .

By using Finora, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.

7. Data Backup and Loss

If the App provides backup, synchronization or restore functionality, such features may depend on third-party services, operating system functionality or network availability.

We recommend that you maintain your own backup of important financial records.

8. Third-Party Services

Finora may use third-party services to provide certain functionality, including but not limited to analytics, advertising, cloud services, authentication, synchronization and crash reporting.

Finora may display advertisements provided by third-party advertising networks.

We are not responsible for the content, accuracy or availability of third-party advertisements.

Finora and its original content, features, design, branding, graphics, software and other materials are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not grant you ownership of any intellectual property rights in the App.

11. App Store Terms

If you downloaded Finora through the Apple App Store, your use of the App is also subject to Apple's applicable terms and conditions.

Apple is not responsible for providing maintenance or support services for the App unless required by applicable law.

Apple is not responsible for addressing claims relating to the App, including product liability claims, consumer protection claims or intellectual property claims, except as required by applicable law.

12. Subscriptions and Purchases

If Finora offers subscriptions, in-app purchases or other paid features, additional terms may apply to those purchases.

Subscription pricing, billing periods, renewal terms and cancellation options will be displayed before purchase where applicable.

Where purchases are processed through Apple's App Store, payment and subscription management are handled according to Apple's applicable terms and systems.

13. Subscription Renewal

If you purchase an automatically renewing subscription, your subscription may renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the applicable subscription period.

You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your App Store account settings, subject to the applicable platform rules.

14. Refunds

Refunds for purchases made through an app marketplace are generally handled according to the marketplace's applicable refund policies.

For Apple App Store purchases, please follow Apple's refund procedures.

15. Availability of the App

We may update, modify, suspend or discontinue any part of Finora at any time.

We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, uninterrupted, secure or error-free.

Features may be changed or removed as the App develops.

16. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Finora is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the App's accuracy, reliability, availability, suitability or fitness for a particular purpose.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of Finora.

This includes, where permitted by law, loss of data, loss of profits, financial losses, business interruption or other losses resulting from use or inability to use the App.

18. User Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• The accuracy of information you enter into Finora.
• Maintaining access to your device and accounts.
• Protecting your device and account credentials where applicable.
• Maintaining appropriate backups of important information.
• Making your own financial decisions.

19. Termination

You may stop using Finora at any time by deleting the App from your device.

We may suspend or terminate access to certain services if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms, applicable laws or the security of the App or its users.

20. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

When changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date shown at the beginning of this page.

Your continued use of Finora after updated Terms become effective means that you accept the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

21. Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by and interpreted according to the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer or service provider is established, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
